Our client, ShaktiCoin provides a new generation digital platform for the crypto miners where their customers and their communities thrive in today’s market.


They initially approached Facnex after recognising that their banking partners were demanding important updates about the network offered to their clients. Additionally, they were looking for new ways to automate the exchange of data with their banking partners and clients, decided to look to a more strategic partner focused on ensuring that business outcomes were at the center of the solution. The network had also identified that their own technical organisation was specialised in ensuring backend stability and security and was less well equipped to deliver on front-end design and development.


With the insights gathered from this deep dive, Facnex team collaborated with the client on design of the new portal, introducing new features that eliminated the need for manual workarounds. FACNEX helped deploy separate portfolio of teams to develop the APIs that would automate data flows between the network’s banking partners and their clients. Dramatically improving their client experience by reducing errors and providing all stakeholders with real time information.


Throughout this relationship, our client has found underlying benefits in its relationship with Facnex. Specifically Facnex’s team of Product Managers, Designers and Analysts are helping their teams better understand and define the vision for their user experience. This has exponentially increased velocity as the design systems and frameworks developed by Facnex have simplified decision making.
